It's Just in CASE Thursday where Patsy & I take a project in one of our catalogues and copy it exactly or give it our own twist.
Today I'm CASEing a card exactly - I choose a cute card on page 209.
Did you know that Stampin' Up! creates an exclusive stamp set every year for Ronald McDonald House Charities? Stampin' Up! donates $3 from the sale of every set to this worthwhile cause. This is in addition to the $100,000 they donate each year to Ronald McDonald House. The set this year is called My Hero which is very fitting. It's a great set this year because the stamps offer a wide variety of occasions and they match so many of our adorable punches and framelits too!
The set coordinates with 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" circle punch, Best Badge Punch, Cupcake Cutouts, Layering Squares, Sweet & Sassy and Umbrella Weather Framelits.
I choose the get well umbrella which matches the Umbrella Weather Framelits perfectly. So easy to make this card and no fussy cutting!
Here is the original card (I copied it exactly!) and two other adorable projects by the concept artists at Stampin' Up!
Each year my fellow demonstrators and I sponsor a fundraiser with all the proceeds going to the Vancouver house of Ronald McDonald House charities. We have raised over $6,000 so far and are thrilled to offer this year's event on November 26th for a fun day of stamping!
