I had a Sale-a-bration class on the weekend and one of my friends and fellow demonstrators, Dayanna Donng, brought along a card she had made using some origami folds and my favourite accessory - the Build a Brad. This card is just gorgeous! Dayanna kindly consented to letting me display it on my blog.
This is a card I whipped up for my mother-in-law's birthday. I was running out of time - it's like the shoemaker's children going barefoot - I never seem to have the right card ready..LOL As time was of the essence I decided to look for inspiration in the Spring-Summer 2008 Collection catalogue and found the perfect card here. My mother-in-law loves strong colours so I knew this would be perfect for her taste. I was right...she loved it. Remember if you ever get "stuck" for ideas you can probably find the perfect project right in the pages of the catalogue! If you have the hard copy of the catalogue you can see the "recipe" for the projects at the back of the catalogue or if you view it online you just place the cursor over the project and click for the supply list. Easy! Please forgive the photo as I had to take it with my I-phone after she'd opened it. LOL
